Booking Confirmation.

By making a reservation you declare full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of the hotel's accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
The prices are in euros Ε per (studio) studio or apartment and per night as well as for the expected number of people in each reservation.
All published prices include VAT 13% and all legal taxes, except for the accommodation tax which amounts to €0.50 per room, per night and according to law (Law 4389/2016, p5) priced separately and subject to change without notice.
Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers. In any case, you must inform us at the time of your reservation.

Confirmation of availability is not considered confirmation of booking.
To confirm your reservation, you must pre-pay 30% of the total value of your stay, and at least the cost of one (1) night.

The deposit of the advance payment must be made within a period of three (3) working days from the publication of the bank account of the accommodation to the interested customer (with dispatch from the accommodation relevant email containing all necessary payment details), otherwise the pre-booking will be canceled without further notice and the room will be released.
The proof of deposit of the advance payment should also be forwarded to the reservation department of "PANSION IRINI" by e-mail.

The property reserves the right upon receipt of an incoming reservation to pre-authorize the credit card and reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the credit card details are invalid.

For non-refundable reservations, the entire amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the reservation is confirmed, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.

Upon your arrival, the amount of your stay is paid in full.

Any additional charges incurred during your stay are payable upon departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHANGE OF RESERVATIONS

In any case of changing or canceling a reservation, please contact the accommodation in writing as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation during the high season from June 1 to September 30.

  • up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival there is no financial burden and it entails the return of any advance payment by the accommodation.
  • from 20 to 15 days before the scheduled arrival the customer is charged 50% of the total amount of his reservation.
  • For cancellations less than 15 days, upon arrival, during the stay or for no show at the accommodation, the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on the reservation.

 
In case of cancellation for the rest of the year from October 1 to May 31, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  • up to 7 days before arrival there is no financial charge and it entails the return of any advance payment by the accommodation.
  • For cancellations less than 7 days, upon arrival, during the stay or for no show, the customer is charged 50% of the stay based on his reservation.

In exceptional cases the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking or to change, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or provision without notice, if necessary.

In this case, the accommodation is obliged to refund the entire amount you have paid for your reservation, while it will make every effort to secure you accommodation in another accommodation of at least the same category, in the same city, which offers similar amenities and services.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Infants and children under 4 stay free of charge provided they are accommodated in their parents' beds. A baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability. Any type of extra bed or cots are provided upon request and confirmation from the property.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms as well as in all common indoor areas. Allowed on balconies and outside terraces.

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR

Customers are requested not to cause a disturbance, to behave civilly and to respect other tenants and the staff of the accommodation. All guests must comply with hotel regulations. Common quiet hours are observed from 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:30 - 08:00.

PETS

Pets are generally not allowed. But during the low traffic period 01-09-31.05 upon consultation we can accept very small pets that do not cause noise.

DAMAGES - ROOM WEAR

In the event of damage to a room or other property due to intent, willfulness or negligence, the accommodation reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption
of activities, on the customer's credit/debit card. In cases where the customer has not paid by credit card, but by cash or other means, the accommodation will demand immediate payment of the amount of
damage suffered by the customer, otherwise he reserves all his legal rights.

Force majeure

The accommodation does not bear any responsibility in the event that it cannot fulfill its obligations to the customer in whole or in part due to cases of force majeure (e.g. fire, terrorist acts, extreme weather, civil disturbances, etc.)

GOVERNING LAW - Other terms.

These terms are governed by Greek Law and the courts of Halkidiki are exclusively responsible for resolving any dispute arising from them.
